Ministry Update- April 1st, 2009

Last week on Thursday we traveled out to Tucson to help a fellow Mexican missionary bring a van back in to Mexico. The motor in this van had blown some time ago but till now without help he had not been able to get it back to Mexico. With the use of the ability and "things" that God has given me we were able to help him out. This past Monday we then traveled on to the city of Caborca (about 140 kilometers west) to leave the van with his son to have the motor replaced. God granted us safety and success in helping him. We are still looking for a meeting place for the work of the ministry here in Magdalena. One of the possibilities is a house next to us that is not being used. As you can see from the photos - the house is not much. I was able to find out who owned the building and she came by today to talk to us. It contains two simple rooms but would be a convenient starting place. She wants considerable more rent than it is worth and I would really like to be given the opportunity to purchase it rather than rent. Please make this a matter of prayer with us.
