A Full Week

On November 2, a week ago this past Monday, we had the privilege of having a group of 15 from our home church, Cozaddale Baptist Temple, in Ohio come to work with us here in Magdalena. We met them in Tucson, Arizona and began our week with them that Monday. Pastor Ismael Zamarron and his wife Lourdes had traveled up from Navojoa to work the whole week with us and met our group at one of our favorite carne asada taco stands to officially start the week. This was our itinerary for the week:

Monday: Travel day to pick up group from Tucson and return to Magdalena

Tuesday: Work day to paint inside of church building and visit city square in afternoon

Wednesday: Soul winning visitation day with help of the Bible Institue of Templo Bautista
Sahuaro of Hermosillo, Mexico (a group of ten)
Leave at 4 PM to travel to Hermosillo to be in services at Templo Bautista
Sahuaro, Hermosillo, Sonora (3 hour trip)
Travel after services to stay at Bahia de Kino on Baja Coast (2 hour trip)

Thursday: Explore Bahia de Kino for the morning
After lunch drive to Miquel Aleman for soul winning visitation with Hermosillo
Bible School students (1 hour trip)
5th Anniversary Service at mission work in Miquel Aleman
After service return to Magdalena (4 hour trip)

Friday: Soul winning visitation in Magdalena with help of Missionary Michael Weiss
Drive to Curcurpe for late afternoon diversion (2 hour trip)

Saturday: All day soul winning visitation with help of Hermosillo group
Late afternoon hours spent with Hermosillo group at city square

Sunday: Services morning and evening with Pastor John Perez of Templo Bautista
Sahuaro of Hermosillo

Monday: Return group to Tucson, Arizona to fly out and return home
